Because the path from source to interpretation should be visible. Our methodology is designed to make the assumptions, comparisons, and limits inspectable.
Start with source quality
We review the completeness and consistency of competition results, score sheets, divisions, event labels, and team identity before analysis begins.
Normalize before comparing
Scoring conditions can differ across events and time. We make only the comparisons the available structure can support.
Benchmark with relevant context
A benchmark is useful only when the peer group, event, division, and competitive field create a meaningful reference.
Look for repeated evidence
We distinguish isolated movement from patterns that appear across multiple observations.
State the limitation beside the insight
Missing inputs, small samples, changing conditions, and reasonable alternative explanations remain part of the conclusion.
Interpretation standard
Observation is not explanation.
Observed: what appears in the results.
Interpreted: what those results may mean within the available context.
Prioritized: what may deserve attention or further review.
Confidence comes from making those distinctions clear, not from pretending the distinction does not exist.
Limitations
What analytics cannot do.
A pattern does not always prove why it happened.

A report cannot replace coaching judgment.
